You can check into your villa from 4 p.m. onwards. Are you arriving earlier? Ask at the reception if your villa is ready. Otherwise, waiting by the pool or the pool bar is probably not a punishment!
That depends on which vacation villa you have booked. In some villas a dog is allowed, but not in all of them. You can find this on the booking confirmation.
Note: per accommodation a maximum of 1 pet is allowed; the pet is always on a leash in the park. There is also a supplement for bringing a pet.
Vacation park Château Cazalères is located in southern France, the Ariège. The nearby village is Daumazan-sur-Arize, the city of Toulouse is 1 hour away by car.
At the reception we speak French, English and Dutch.
Our animation is Dutch-speaking but they can communicate in English.
Bed linen is included in the booking, this will be prepared for the number of persons indicated. You can indicate while booking the vacation villa whether you also want a towel package. There will be an extra charge for this (€8.00 per person).
Our 3 pools are all open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the evening.

The pool bar is open 7 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in high season, with the exception of bad weather.
From 16.00h you are welcome to check in at the reception! Do you arrive after 18:00h due to circumstances? Please contact the reception, so together we can find a solution.
On the day of departure you must leave the vacation villa at 10:00 am.
Wi-Fi is available at the vacation villas, pool bar and restaurant.
Please note that due to the crowds in the high season, the network is heavily loaded which reduces the quality of the connection. As a result, it is not always possible to stream via phone or tablet.
At each vacation villa there is space for 1 car, this parking space is right next to the villa. You therefore get only 1 barrier pass.
Are you coming with more than 1 car? You can park the other car(s) in the parking lot next to the reception.
In the nearby village of Daumazan-sur-Arize there is a small supermarket (Casino). There is also a bakery in the village, for fresh baguettes and croissants. Opposite the supermarket is a small tobacco store, which sells newspapers and magazines, among other things. A pharmacy can also be found on the outskirts of the village!
A Carrefour Market can be found in Montesquieu-Volvestre, this is a 10min drive from the vacation park. This supermarket offers a wide range of products and is a convenient option for larger purchases.
In high season, Dutch- and English-speaking animation is available at our vacation park.

The facilities at Château Cazalères offer something for everyone. There is a large swimming pool with a separate children's pool, several sports fields, all-weather tennis courts, a miniature golf course, a playground and trampolines. For food and drinks you can visit restaurant 'La Table de Cazalères'. There are also bike rentals, free wifi and plenty of hiking and cycling routes available to explore the beautiful surroundings.

The Villa Espace also sleeps 6, it has more living space and an extra toilet. Finally, we have the Villa Espace DeLuxe, which is more luxurious than the Villa Espace.

At the pools we have a pool bar. Here you can order drinks to cool down, but we also have snacks! For example, order a fresh fries with Dutch snack, or an ice cream to finish with.
